Credify CE Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us at Credify CE. If you encounter technical issues or have concerns related to your purchase, please contact our customer care team and we will attempt to reasonably assist you.

How We Handle Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

How To Request A Refund

Refund requests can be submitted through:

  • Proof of Purchase
  • The email address used to register
  • A brief explanation of why you are submitting the request

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Credify CE does not provide refunds for:

  • Failure to pass quizzes, final exams, or other in-course assessments after being given the required number of attempts
  • Failure to validate identity verification or validation requirements (including security questions or other verification methods, if applicable)
  • Course expiration due to failure to complete within the allowable timeframe
  • Issuance of a course completion certificate (for educational and professional development purposes)
  • Expedited processing or delivery of certificates once the expedited service has been fulfilled

These circumstances apply whether the course was completed successfully or not.

Online Courses

Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund for an online course if the following conditions are met:

  • You have not finished the course
  • You have not taken the final exam
  • You have not been issued a certificate
  • You submit your refund request within thirty (30) days of purchasing the course

Administrative Fee

If you have begun taking the course (i.e., accessed course material or video), there will be a five dollar ($5.00) administrative fee subtracted from the amount that will be refunded to you.

Physical Products (if Applicable)

If Credify CE begins to offer physical products, then the following policies shall apply to those items:

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping within twenty-four (24) hours of the purchase date.

Returns

Refund requests for physical products must be made within thirty (30) days of the purchase date, and must include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip. Returned items must be in resaleable condition.

Returns will be instructed after your refund request has been accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

Should you receive a damaged or defective item, please submit a replacement request along with photographic evidence to our Customer Care Team. Replacements will be provided at no charge to you.

Non-Delivery

Should you not receive a physical product within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date, please contact us to request a free replacement.

Certificate Issuance Disclaimer

Once a course completion certificate has been issued, no refunds will be granted, as the educational services have already been rendered. Completion certificates are provided for educational and professional development purposes.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within five to ten (5-10) business days depending on your payment provider.
