REFUND POLICY
Credify CE

At Credify CE, your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience technical issues or have concerns regarding your purchase, please contact our Customer Care team and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.
Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original form of payment.
1. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests may be submitted by:

- Contact form on our website
All refund requests must include:
- Proof of purchase
- The email address used to enroll
- A brief explanation for the request
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for any of the following:
- Failure to pass quizzes, final exams, or other in-course assessment requirements within the allotted attempts
- Failure to satisfy identity verification or validation requirements (including security questions or other verification methods, if applicable)
- Course expiration due to failure to complete within the allowed time period
- Issuance of a course completion certificate or reporting of CE credits
- Expedited processing or delivery of certificates once the expedite service has been fulfilled
These conditions apply regardless of whether the course was completed successfully.
3. Online Courses
3.1 Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund for an online course if all of the following conditions are met:
- You have not completed the course
- You have not attempted the final exam
- You have not been issued a certificate
- You submit a refund request within 30 days of purchase
3.2 Administrative Fee
If you have started the course (including accessing course materials or videos), a $5 administrative fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
4. Physical Products (If Applicable)
If Credify CE offers physical products in the future, the following terms apply:
4.1 Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet shipped.
4.2 Returns
Refund requests for physical products must be submitted within 30 days of purchase and must include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip. Items must be returned in resalable condition.
Return instructions will be provided upon approval of the request.
4.3 Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please submit a replacement request with photographic evidence to our Customer Care team. Approved replacements will be provided at no additional cost.
4.4 Non-Delivery
If you have not received a physical order within 14 days of purchase, please contact us to request a free replacement.
5. IRS CE Reporting Disclaimer
Once a course completion has been reported to the IRS or a certificate has been issued, no refunds will be granted, as the service has been fully rendered.
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
