Nothing on this website or within any course constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for how you apply any information provided.

4. IRS Continuing Education (CE) Approval Status

4.1 Approval Status Disclosure

Credify CE may offer or intend to offer continuing education ("CE") courses for Enrolled Agents.

• CE credits are issued only for courses that have received IRS approval.
• If IRS approval is pending, this will be clearly disclosed.
• No CE credit is issued unless explicitly stated.

4.2 No Guarantee of Regulatory Acceptance

While Credify CE strives to meet all applicable IRS requirements, we do not guarantee acceptance of credits by any regulatory body outside the IRS or for any specific licensing purpose.

5. Eligibility

You represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are legally permitted to use the Services.
• Any information you provide is accurate and complete.

Credify CE does not verify professional licenses unless explicitly stated.

6. Course Access & Use

• Course access is provided on a non-transferable, non-exclusive basis.
• You may not share login credentials or course materials.
• You may not copy, distribute, resell, or exploit course content without written permission.

7. Payments & Pricing

7.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time prior to purchase.

7.2 One-Time Purchase

Courses are sold as one-time purchases, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Credify CE does not require subscriptions unless clearly disclosed.

7.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. Credify CE does not store your full payment information.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Refund requests must be made within the specified refund period.
• No refunds will be issued after a course has been completed or a certificate has been issued.

9. Certificates & Reporting

For IRS-approved courses:

• Certificates are issued upon successful completion.
• Credify CE reports completion data to the IRS as required.
• You are responsible for retaining certificates for your records.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on Credify CE are the exclusive property of Credify CE or its licensors.

You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Services
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Disrupt site functionality
• Submit false information
• Violate applicable laws or regulations

Credify CE may suspend or terminate access for violations.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREDIFY CE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• CREDIFY CE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA.
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APPLICABLE COURSE.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Credify CE and its owners from any claims arising out of:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of course content

15. Termination

Credify CE may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms.

Termination does not affect payment obligations already incurred.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
